Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you register, place an order or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the documents you upload. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

How we use it

To deliver your editing services, process payments, communicate about your orders, improve our services and meet legal obligations.

Confidentiality of documents

Uploaded documents are stored securely, accessible only to you, your assigned editor and authorised administrators, and are handled under confidentiality agreements.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to understand how visitors use this website and to measure and improve our advertising. It records events such as pages viewed, quotes requested and orders placed, using cookies and similar technologies. We do not send your uploaded documents or payment card details to Meta. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings, or block cookies in your browser.

Australian Privacy Principles

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time.
