1. Services

We provide editing and proofreading services as described on this website. Editors suggest improvements; the author remains responsible for the final content.

2. Academic integrity

We do not write or ghost-write assignments. Our services are limited to language, structure and presentation, and are intended to comply with the editing guidelines of Australian universities (including the Australian Standards for Editing Practice).

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payment is required in full before work begins. Word count is verified against the uploaded file; we may adjust the price if it differs materially.

4. Turnaround

Deadlines are calculated from the time payment is received. We will notify you promptly if a deadline is at risk.

5. Follow-up & refunds

You may request reasonable follow-up changes within 14 days of delivery at no cost. If we cannot deliver the service as described, we will refund you in full.

6. Confidentiality & intellectual property

You retain all rights to your documents. We keep them confidential and delete uploaded files on request.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
